FAQ: How to Create an ADVSR Link to Share with Another Advisor

If you want to create a shareable ADVSR link that allows another advisor to represent your listing, follow the steps below.
This is ideal when sending the link via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

🔗 What is an ADVSR Ambassador Link?

An ADVSR Ambassador link is a unique, trackable URL that gives another advisor permission to represent your property listing.
You can customise the permissions (full marketing or discreet) and share the link directly, without needing to send it via platform notifications.


  • Log into your ADVSR account.

  • In the left-hand menu, click “ADVSR Search.


Step 2: Find the Advisor You Want to Invite

  • Use the filters to search by:

    • Name

    • Location

    • Company

    • Market focus (price range, etc.)


Step 3: Click “ACTIONS” and Select “Assign a Property”

  • Once you’ve found the right advisor, click the “ACTIONS” button beside their profile.

  • Select “Assign a Property.”


Step 4: Set Marketing Permissions


You’ll be prompted to choose one of the following:

  • Full Marketing Permission – advisor can share publicly.

  • Discreet Marketing Permission – advisor can only share privately with known clients.


Choose the appropriate setting based on your strategy.


Step 5: Choose the Property

  • From the list of your active listings, select the property you’d like them to promote.


  • After selecting the listing, you’ll be asked how you want to deliver it.

  • Choose “Copy Link.”


This will generate a unique, trackable ADVSR link that you can paste and share via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • Social DMs

  • Or any channel you prefer


✅ What Happens When They Click the Link?

  • The advisor will be taken directly to their branded version of your listing, complete with their headshot, brand logo, compnay details, contact details etc.

  • They can promote the property as if it were their own, within the limits you’ve set.

If you’re assigning the same property to multiple advisors, create a team and share the listings with them all via email.
