FAQ: Why Doesn’t the Link in My Ambassador Invitation Email Work?

Why can’t I click through to see the property from the email?

If you have Auto-Accept turned off in your marketing preferences, ADVSR will not generate an active property link in your invitation email until you’ve reviewed and accepted the listing.


Why is this happening?

With Auto-Accept off, you control which listings you represent. This means:

  • You manually approve each listing before it appears under your brand.

  • You avoid having every property—such as high-value or off-market listings—automatically added to your inventory.

  • ADVSR only generates the live link once you accept the invitation.

How do I view the property?

  1. Log in to ADVSR.

  2. Go to Properties Shared With Me.

  3. Review the listing details.

  4. Click Accept to generate the live link (or Reject if you do not wish to represent it).

  5. Once accepted, the property will be available in your account and you can share the link.
