XML Listing Feed

XML Listing Feed

Turn your website into a global real estate portal

The ADVSR XML Listing Feed allows you to automatically display listings from the global ADVSR advisor network on your own website.

Instead of only marketing your own properties, you can populate your website with thousands of listings from trusted advisors around the world, giving your visitors access to a truly global property search experience while increasing the amount of valuable content on your website.

The feed updates automatically whenever listings are added, edited or removed within ADVSR, allowing your website to stay current with minimal ongoing maintenance.

Who is this for?

The XML Listing Feed is designed for:

  • Independent estate agents
  • Luxury real estate advisors
  • Boutique brokerages
  • Agencies looking to showcase international property
  • Existing ADVSR members with their own website

The feed is available on the ADVSR Integrate Plan ($99/month) and above *(pricing correct as of May 2026)

What can I use the feed for?

Most members use the feed to:

  • Populate their own website with global listings
  • Create an international property search experience
  • Increase the amount of searchable property content on their website
  • Improve visibility in search engines and AI powered search platforms
  • Keep their website automatically updated without manual uploads

How it works

Once your ADVSR profile has the Integrate Plan enabled, you’ll receive a permanent XML feed URL.

Your website developer simply connects your website to this feed.

Your website should automatically import the feed at least once every 24 hours.

Whenever you:

  • Are added as an Ambassador with 'Website" marketing permissions
  • One of your Ambassador listings is edited, incl.
    • Update photographs
    • Change pricing
    • Update property information
  • One of your Ambassador listigs is removed

…the XML feed is updated immediately.

Your website will display those changes the next time it imports the feed.

ADVSR currently provides two XML formats.
