What Should I Do When a Property Has Sold or Been Withdrawn?
When a property is no longer active—either because it has sold or been withdrawn—you have two options depending on the situation:
If the property has SOLD:

Go to My Properties.

Click Edit on the relevant property.

Scroll to Property Status and select "Mark as Sold".

This will update the listing on your profile accordingly.
Let us know!
If the property has been WITHDRAWN:
You can either:

Delete the listing entirely, or
-
Archive it if you prefer to retain the data for your personal records.
Both of these options are available in the My Properties section
Archived listings will be hidden from public view but still accessible in your dashboard.
