What's The Difference Between "% of Sale Price" and "% of Net Fee"

Every property uploaded to ADVSR.ai has a 'Referral Fee' associated with it.
This is the financial incentive 'listing advisors' use to encourage ambassadors around the globe to collaborate, and refer business to them.

The options available for referral comissions are : % of net fee, and % of sale price.

% of Sale Price

This method calculates the referral commission as a percentage of the final sale price of the property.
So, if the listing transacts for $10m, and the listing advisor offers 2% of sale price, then the comission due to the introducing advsior would be $200,000

% of Net Fee

This method calculates the referral commission based on the total amount the 'listing advisor' earns from the transaction, minus certain expenses.
So if the listing advisor offers 10% of net fee, and they sell a property for $10m, on a 2% fee, but they have to pay someone who introduced the seller 1%, then their income is $100,000. Since they've offered 10% of that out to ambassadors, the commission owed to the buyer introducer would be $10,000.
