TUTORIAL - How to Invite Ambassadors to Represent your Listings on ADVSR.ai

Step 1 - Accessing ADVSR Search:
Navigate to the section labeled ‘ADVSR Search’ in the platform's navigation menu.

Step 2 - Filtering Your Search:
Utilize the search filters to narrow down potential ambassadors. You can filter based on:
Location
Price range
Company affiliation
Specific advisor name

Step 3 - Selecting an Advisor:
Once you've identified a suitable advisor, click on the ‘ACTIONS’ button next to their name.
From the options, select ‘ASSIGN A PROPERTY.’

Step 4 - Choosing Marketing Permissions:
You'll be presented with two marketing permission options:
‘Full Marketing Permission’
‘Discrete Marketing Permission’
Choose the option that best aligns with your property's marketing strategy.

Step 5 - Selecting the Listing:
From the list of your properties, select the specific listing you want the ambassador to represent.

Step 6 - Choose a Delivery Method:
Decide how you'd like to deliver the property information to your chosen ambassador. You have three options:
Send via email
Send via WhatsApp
Copy the link (to share through other communication channels)
