Q: Is there a free trial available for ADVSR.ai? 

A: Yes, we offer a free account option so you can experience the benefits of our platform before committing to a subscription. Users on the free account option can recieve ambassador invites, and can request to be an ambassador, but cannot upload listings.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We use Stripe to process payments on ADVSR.ai, and as such, accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment platforms. For more specific information or to arrange an alternative payment method, please contact our support team on hi@advsr.ai.


Q: Are there any hidden fees or additional costs? 

A: Transparency is key for us. The price you see for each plan is what you pay. There are no hidden fees or additional costs for the features listed under each plan. Any optional add-ons or extra services will be clearly outlined.

Q: Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: Our contracts are 12month agreements, and then 1-mont rolling thereafter. No contract shall end mid term. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details.

A: Yes, customer support is included in all our plans. We believe in providing all our users with the support they need to make the most out of ADVSR.ai. All users have access to the FAQ guide, Ada (your AI Executive Assistant), and our customer support team on hi@advsr.ai.

A: We take security very seriously. All payment information is encrypted and processed through a secure gateway; Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
