Step 1 - To begin, navigate to your dashboard and locate the 'Add a Property' button on the left-hand side.
If this option isn't visible, it's possible that your account hasn't been activated for listing uploads yet. Property uploads are only available to paid subscribers.
Step 2 - Once you click on the button, you'll be directed to a page where you'll input essential property details such as the title, type, price, currency, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, location, and a brief description.
Step 3 - After filling in this information, you'll need to agree to the platform's terms and conditions, which outline your duties as a listing advisor and your relationship with ambassadors.
Step 4 - The next steps involve adding high-resolution photos, floor plans, videos, and any other marketing assets that can assist ambassadors in promoting the property online.
Step 5 - A crucial detail to include is the referral fee offered to the ADVSR network for successfully introducing a new client.
Once all these steps are completed, your property will be live on the platform, ready to collaborate with an army of ambassadors, waiting to promote your listings to their network.
