FAQ: How to contact your Property Ambassadors

You've invited ambassadors to represent your listing - great job on your global distribution! The next step would be to reach out to them via Mobile or WhatsApp with more details on your business and the particular property they've been invited for.

Here's where to find your Ambassadors' contact details, review marketing permissions, and access client-view microsites of your property:

Step 1: Open 'My Property Ambassadors'

From the left-hand menu in your ADVSR dashboard, select:

My Property Ambassadors

This section shows every advisor you have collaborated with, across all listings.

Click on an ambassador’s name to view:

  • The listings they have been invited to represent

  • The marketing permissions assigned to each listing

This helps you understand what the ambassador can access before reaching out.


Step 2: Open the Ambassador's listing link

In the list panel, click the blue Listing button next to the relevant property.

This opens a white-labelled listing page showing:

  • The ambassador’s name, logo, and headshot

  • Your listing presented exactly as they would share it with clients

This is the most accurate view of how your property is positioned on their side.


Step 3: Contact your Ambassador

On the same listing page, use the interactive contact buttons to reach the ambassador directly - social media and phone number access are linked for quick access.
