FAQ - Billing, Payments and Credit Card Information

Which Credit Card Will Be Used for My Subscription Payment?

If you would like to know which credit card will be charged for your subscription, you can view your active payment method in the Billing section of your account.

How to Check Which Card Is Used for Payment

To see the credit card used for your monthly or annual subscription payment:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile icon [MY ACCOUNT] in the top-right corner.
  3. Select ACCOUNT DETAILS.
  4. Navigate to BILLING.
  5. Under Payment Method, you will see the card currently on file, including:
    • Card type (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • Last four digits of the card number
    • Expiry date (if shown)

This is the default payment method that will be used for all upcoming subscription charges.


How to Change the Credit Card Used for Payments

If you want to update the card used for billing:

  1. Go to MY ACCOUNT > BILLING.
  2. Click Update Payment Method or Change Card.
  3. Enter your new credit card details.
  4. Save your changes.

Once updated, all future payments will be charged to the new card.

Can I update my payment details?

Yes. You can add a new credit card or replace your existing payment method at any time.

What information is displayed?

For security reasons, only the card type and last four digits are visible.

Payments will be taken on your renewal date, which is either the monthly or annually anniversary date of the start of your subscription.
