Can I Advertise Properties I Am An Ambassador For on My Own Platforms?

It depends on the type of marketing permissions you have been given. There are three permission levels:

  1. Full Marketing + Website – You can share the property on your own external website if you have an IDX feed subscription with us.

  2. Full Marketing – You can share the property on your social media, email newsletters, and other personal marketing channels.

  3. Discreet Marketing – You can only share your unique property link directly with potential clients. These listings must not be posted publicly.

Please note: As per our Terms & Conditions, you are never permitted to share any listings on external property portals such as Rightmove, Zillow, or any similar third-party platforms.

If you have Full Marketing permissions, you will also have access to the property's digital assets folder. These can be downloaded by clicking the blue "Download Assets" button beneath each listing under the Full Marketing tab.

To check your permission level, go to the “Properties Shared with Me” section in your account. You can sort your shared properties by All, Full Marketing, and Discreet Marketing.
